I have been renting a house in Lenah Valley since early 2016 through Crowther Richards. Elle Crowther has been my main point of contact with Crowther Richards and I have been consistently impressed by her professionalism as a property manager. This has been demonstrated, in part, by the following: Elle negotiated with the landlord of the property on my behalf, in order to accept a part time pet at the property. She has been available at all times via her mobile to address any questions I had with regard to the lease/problems with the property. This has included late nights, weekends and public holidays including Easter. Any reported issues have been addressed quickly and arrangements have been made to have the repairs done promptly. Elle has communicated with me in a polite, timely, professional manner, which has included follow up to see if any reported issues have been fixed. Despite my lack of a recent rental history Elle was able to ascertain my suitability as a tenant for the property offered. I am personally very grateful to Elle for this. I would thoroughly recommend Elle Crowther as a property manager to any landlord or tenant.
